BILL CONNOR FOUNDER

Bill Connor coaches government officials, business executives and other leaders to excel in presentations, speeches, conferences, panel appearances and news media interviews. He works primarily in the Middle East, Europe and the U.S., and to date has conducted training and coaching programs in more than 20 countries.

Before starting his media coaching consultancy, Bill worked as a White House television correspondent and anchorman for 15 years. He has received numerous professional awards for his work, including an Associated Press citation for excellence in investigative reporting. He holds a B.A. in French from Vassar College and an M.S. with Honors from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.

ANDY FIELD
Senior trainer

  • Andy Field is an award-winning broadcast journalist who has spent much of the last decade as the ABC Owned Stations Washington Correspondent and Bureau chief for WABC-TV New York covering stories around the world, from Israel to the Panama Canal –  from the OJ Simpson Trial and four White House administrations, to medical, economic and consumer news.  Andy continues to produce and report stories for ABC Network Television and Radio, PBS, Discovery and other local and national programs.

    He has won Emmy, Telly and Aegis awards and was part of ABC News’ 9/11 attack coverage that was awarded the Alfred I. Dupont Award and the George Foster Peabody Award, the two highest honors in broadcast journalism. As a media and presentation coach, Andy has prepared clients to appear on network programs including: Oprah, 20/20, Dateline NBC, CNN, CBS newscasts, and National Public Radio.  Andy received his Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism from Syracuse University.

ALISON SCHAFER
Senior Trainer

  • Alison Schafer is a communications expert with extensive experience in international institutions in Washington and in-country locations around the world.  A former White House and Congressional correspondent for major television stations across the U.S., Schafer also teaches journalism at George Washington University. 

    Schafer has also conducted dozens of training programs around the world for The World Bank, The IMF and other clients. She holds a BA in History from The University of Pennsylvania and an MA in International Relations and International Economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.

NIVINE AFIOUNI
Senior Trainer

  • Nivine Afiouni is a seasoned international television broadcaster, executive producer, communications adviser, global conference moderator, and senior media & executive coach. As a C-suite media coach, Nivine trains top politicians & executives in both public & private sectors, on public speaking, media & communications crisis management, digital reputation, and branding.

    Having begun her career in media more than 18 years ago, she held senior positions at 2 international news channels: Sky News Arabia as an executive producer, and Al Arabiya as one of its featured reporters. She has covered stories on wars, political upheavals, and climate change. She resides in UAE and has reported from Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Iraq, Syria, Morocco, The Arctic, Antarctica and the USA.

    Nivine holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs & Diplomacy from Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University in Boston and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science & Economics from the Lebanese University. She also holds a Certificate in Terrorism & Counter-Terrorism from Georgetown University, a certificate in Conflict Resolution, and a certificate in Digital Reputation from Curtin University.

    Nivine is fluent in English & Arabic with knowledge of German & French.

PAT KEHS
Producer,Technical Director

  • One of the most powerful tools used by Oratorio is video. The instant feedback from video review is an essential element of crafting effective messages and developing strong delivery and performance techniques. Oratorio depends on Pat Kehs and to integrate the technical equipment and common practices of broadcast production into Oratorio's training sessions.

    Pat has over 20 years of experience making clients look their best in front of television cameras. His extensive broadcast credits include camera work for NBC, National Geographic, Reuters, and the live TV pool for three Presidential inaugurations.  Pat has also worked as a Studio Lighting Director for Voice Of America, BBC and NBC, where he was recently nominated for a National Emmy Award for his work on Meet the Press.

MICHELINE EL-HOUSSEINI TIMBRELL

  • Micheline is the founder and CEO of Phi Management Group, a MEA-Europe consulting firm specialized in leadership assessment, coaching and development. With more than 25 years of experience, she drives Phi Management’s vision and designs long term strategies that create innovative assessment and development solutions to meet the latest market trends and digitalization challenges.

    Micheline is a presentation skills trainer for C-suite leaders as well as being a systemic team coach. She helps leaders and CEOs to embrace change and to navigate through executive transformations by capitalizing and building on their leadership performance and potential. She holds many different assessment certifications including BPS Level A and B, Mental Toughness, 360 Profile, DISC, OPQ, and Talent Q.

    Micheline has extensive experience within the corporate sector, with clients including PWC, Total Oil & Gas, L’Oréal, KPMG, Lafarge, Murex, Philip Morris, B.A.T, Mercer, Johnson & Johnson, Sanofi, PepsiCo, Oracle, Four Seasons Hotels, CMACGM, Ericsson and Arab Bank. She also works with the public sector and NGOs such as UNDP, USAID in the Levant and the Ministry of Media, GAZT, NIC- SDAIA, HRDF, TGA, ZATCA, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and others in Saudi Arabia.

    Micheline spends her time between UK and the Middle East.

MUNTAHA AL RAMAHI

  • Muntaha Al Ramahi is a senior presenter at one of the leading broadcast channels in the Middle East, Al Arabiya. With 30 years of experience, Muntaha has made a name for herself as one of the most sought-after professionals in the region.

    Muntaha joined Al Jazeera Channel as a news anchor in 1996 and moved to Dubai as a founding anchor and talk show host at Al Arabiya in 2003. She hosts the nightly program Panorama, and also produces and presents Al Bo'd Al Akhar, a weekly exclusive show that reports major worldly events.

    Throughout her career, Muntaha has traveled the world to conduct exclusive interviews with world leaders and VIPs including Queen Rania of Jordan, President of Palestine Mahmoud Abbas, President of Turkey Rajab Tayeb Erdogan, Former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair and many more.

    Muntaha has also had a busy career as a media trainer in the past 10 years, working with many VIP clients including government ministers and CEOs.
